Renting the venue at Sunset Bay Lodge includes many things, however catering and event staffing must be supplied by our exclusive vendors. They love our space as much as we do, and know how to bring it to life, creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
Rather than limiting you to a single menu, we have partnered with multiple specialty event caterers to suit a range of tastes and budgets. They each offer personalized menus, as well as provide planning assistance, event staffing, rentals, and more.
If you want to enhance your corporate function or maximize your fundraising auction efforts with audio-visual services, our partner Live Oak AV can provide sound indoors and out, video projection, on-site technical assistance and more. For specialized lighting needs, we work with Crimson Haze Lighting.
